'Springfields Educational Society, Moradabad' was co-founded by the late Smt. Leela Jetly and her son, Shri Vipin Jetly. Belonging to a family with an intellectual bent of mind and, realising the paramount importance of education in the life of human beings, the mother and son duo founded the Society.

'Springfields College' (SFC) was the first initiative of the Society. It was completely housed in their residence situated in the suburbs of Moradabad. The school had just 120 students in the year of its inception. But the sheer hard work and the high standards of the late Smt. Leela Jetly brought the fledgling school the necessary recognition and it kept on growing steadily.

The school got affiliated to the 'Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations, New Delhi' in 1993. The school came to be known as 'Springfields College' from 1999 onwards soon after it was upgraded by the Council to the Senior Secondary (10+2) level.

'Springfields' is the second initiative of the Society. This school was founded in 2018 with just 58 students. There was more emphasis on setting-up a school with top-end infrastructure and academic environment than on filling the school indiscriminately with students.

Situated in the ambitious residential 'New Moradabad' project of the Moradabad Development Authority, 'Springfields' boasts of a majestically impressive building, a sprawling lush-green playground, two all-weather Basketball Courts, the 'Kewal Krishna Leela Jetly Sports Complex', housing two Badminton Courts, two Squash Courts, an indoor Half-Olympic size Swimming Pool, a Gym, Table Tennis arenas, etc., State-Of-The-Art Laboratories, a Multi-Purpose Hall, and Smart Classes.

'Springfields', affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi, has been upgraded to the Senior Secondary level with effect from the 1st April, 2021 and now imparts education upto Class XII, offering both Science and Commerce Streams.
